ePROMPT offers a convenient way to make credit card payments. Instead of heaving to open an extra account, we offer an alternative in paying safely and discreetly by credit card (MasterCard and Visa).
How the payment with ePROMPT works:
- Penthouse Berlin uses credit card data, such as the 16-digit credit card number, the expiration date, and also the 3-digit CVV (Card Verification Value), which is printed on the back of the credit card. This CVV-code can only be found on the card and serves the purpose of card verification by the owner.
- Respective financial institutions check the data. For the users' own security, it is not possible to save the credit card data, nor to retrieve it. There is only one transfer, which ensures safe completion of the payment.
- ePROMPT Germany GmbH guarantees absolute discretion. Only "Naecke Marketing / Berlin" will show up on the credit card statement. Therefore, it is not possible to connect the credit statement to the booking with Penthouse Berlin.
